1 can Cannellini Beans (15.5 oz.), drained
3 T Spread-mmms Beldi Olive Tapenade with Garlic & Rosemary
1.5 T Water
1 T Lemon Juice
Serve with pita bread, pretzels, or raw veggies
If you do not have an immersion blender, smash the beans first with a potato masher (or a fork). Then add the other ingredients and mash again. Give it an extra-good stir, to make sure everything is well combined.
Don't worry...you will have a chunkier spread, but it will be just as tasty!!!
