Spread-mmms uses USPS & UPS. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, but usually a bit sooner. To maintain the integrity of our food product, we are unable to accept returns. Refunds or replacements can be arranged if there is a defect in the product/packaging, or the item was damaged during shipping. Please save all product & shipping materials until you hear back from us. Other concerns will be addressed on a case by case basis.
